2. Service Description

BrightBridgeLabs is an AI-powered business name generation tool. The Service allows you to:

• Submit a business idea description along with keywords, style preferences, and industry context.
• Receive AI-generated business name suggestions with explanations and domain availability information.
• Click affiliate links to register available domain names through Dynadot or GoDaddy.

3. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Specifically:

• Name suggestions are not legal advice. BrightBridgeLabs does not perform trademark searches or provide legal opinions on whether a business name is available for use as a trademark or trade name. You are solely responsible for conducting your own trademark clearance and legal review before adopting any business name.
• No trademark analysis. The fact that a domain name is available does not mean the corresponding business name is free from trademark claims. Consult a qualified attorney before naming your business.
• Domain availability is informational only. Domain availability data is checked at the time of the search and may change. We do not guarantee that any domain shown as available can be successfully registered.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate. AI-generated name suggestions may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are unsuitable for your specific use case.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRIGHTBRIDGELABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.
